Hanna Alshaikh

Palestine Project Coordinator, Arab Center Washington DC

Hanna Alshaikh is the Palestine Project Coordinator at Arab Center Washington DC. She is also a PhD candidate in History and Middle Eastern Studies at Harvard University, and holds a master’s degree from the University of Chicago’s Center for Middle Eastern Studies. Previously, Hanna was an adjunct professor at DePaul University’s Religious Studies Department, where she taught courses on religion and politics in the Middle East. Her writing has appeared in outlets including The Hill, Vox, Middle East Eye, Metras, and The Nation.
