Ethan is the Manager of US Government Affairs at Arab Center Washington DC. He tracks developments in US foreign policy towards the Arab world, both for research and the establishment of relations within US government. Ethan holds a BA from Dickinson College and an MA in Arab Studies from Georgetown University’s Center for Contemporary Arab Studies, where his work focused on issues relating to climate and mobility in the region.
