Mohammed Abu-Nimer

Mohammed Abu-Nimer, of the International Peace and Conflict Resolution program at American University (AU), serves as Director of the Peacebuilding and Development Institute at AU. He has conducted peacebuilding, conflict resolution, and interfaith dialogue workshops in conflict areas around the world, including Chad, Niger, Palestine, Israel, Egypt, Philippines (Mindanao), and Sri Lanka. In addition to his numerous books and articles, Dr. Abu-Nimer is the co-founder and co-editor of the Journal of Peacebuilding and Development and founder and President of the Salam Institute for Peace and Justice.
